2. Admission Policy
- Admission is granted purely on merit and availability of seats.
- The school management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Submission of the online admission form does not guarantee admission.
- All documents submitted must be genuine. Any falsification will lead to immediate cancellation of admission.
3. Fee Payment & Refunds
We strive to provide a transparent fee structure for all parents. Please note the following policies regarding payments:
- Payment Schedule: School fees must be paid on or before the due date mentioned in the fee booklet or online portal.
- Late Fees: A late fee penalty may be applicable for payments made after the due date.
- Online Payments: We use secure payment gateways (like Razorpay) for online transactions. The school is not responsible for transaction failures due to bank server issues.
- Refund Policy: Admission fees and one-time charges are generally non-refundable once paid. Tuition fees for a withdrawn student may be refunded on a pro-rata basis solely at the discretion of the management.
4. Student Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain high standards of discipline and behavior within and outside the school premises.
- Students must attend school in proper uniform and be punctual.
- Respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
- Damage to school property will be charged to the student/parent responsible.
- The use of mobile phones or electronic gadgets by students during school hours is strictly prohibited unless authorized.
5. Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% during the academic year to be eligible for final examinations. Leave applications must be submitted in advance by parents/guardians.
